Marianna earned her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2006. She graduated cum laude from Rutgers University in 2003 with a B.A. in Economics and Political Science.

Prior to joining Lowenstein, she was an associate with Forman Holt Eliades & Ravin LLC, a premier boutique bankruptcy law firm. At Forman Holt Eliades & Ravin LLC, Marianna worked on behalf of debtors, creditors, and trustees in a wide variety of bankruptcy proceedings including complex liquidations and substantial reorganizations. In addition, Marianna gained substantial experience representing parties in state court insolvency proceedings and commercial litigation.
