Marianna Udem is a Partner at ASK LLP. Marianna’s practice focuses on representing chapter 11 debtors, official committees of unsecured creditors, estate fiduciaries and individual constituents in bankruptcy proceedings, related litigation and out of court restructurings.
Prior to joining ASK LLP, Marianna was an associate at Lowenstein Sandler PC, where she worked on behalf of official committees of unsecured creditors, debtors, landlords and unsecured creditors in all aspects of bankruptcy proceedings, related litigation and out of court workouts.
Prior to joining Lowenstein, she was an associate with Forman Holt Eliades & Ravin LLC, a premier boutique bankruptcy law firm. At Forman Holt Eliades & Ravin LLC, Marianna worked on behalf of debtors, creditors, and trustees in a wide variety of bankruptcy proceedings including complex liquidations and substantial reorganizations. In addition, Marianna gained substantial experience representing parties in state court insolvency proceedings and commercial litigation.
Marianna earned her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2006. She graduated cum laude from Rutgers University in 2003 with a B.A. in Economics and Political Science.
Marianna is admitted to practice law in the state of New York, New Jersey, and the United States District Courts for the Southern District of New York and the District of New Jersey.
