Brigette McGrath is a Partner at ASK LLP. Brigette’s practice includes representing estate fiduciaries and creditors in a wide array of bankruptcy litigation and insolvency matters, including prosecuting and defending avoidance actions and resolving creditors’ claims in chapter 7 and chapter 11 proceedings. Prior to joining ASK LLP, Brigette was an associate at Forman Holt Eliades & Youngman, LLC, a premier bankruptcy boutique. At Forman Holt Eliades & Youngman, LLP, Brigette prosecuted and defended various contested matters, including fraud and Ponzi schemes, complex avoidance actions, and resolution of claims.
Brigette earned her B.B.A. in political science from the University of Miami in 2003 and earned her J.D. from Nova Southeastern University in 2006.
Brigette is admitted to practice law in the States of New York, New Jersey, and Florida, and the United States District Courts for the Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York, District of New Jersey, Southern District of Florida, Middle District of Florida, and Northern District of Florida.
